Blackline Demo was founded by Derrick and Fernando, two professionals who understand demolition from the inside out and who decided the Phoenix market deserved a better option than what was available.

Asbestos-coordinated demolition, mold, water damage, and fire damage demo executed under negative air containment with documented chain-of-custody for restoration and insurance handoff.

Pool removal, fireplace and chimney teardown, surgical demolition, in-wall equipment removal, restricted-access work, and the non-standard scopes most demolition contractors decline to estimate.

Blackline Demo serves Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Chandler, and Casa Grande from headquarters at 235 W Warner Road in Chandler. Same-week mobilization is standard across the service area. Quote turnaround is one business day from site walk on every scope, regardless of which city the project is in.
Licensing, Insurance, and Compliance.
Blackline Demo holds Arizona licensing, full liability and workers' compensation insurance, and bonding sufficient for commercial demolition contracts across the Phoenix metro. Certificates of insurance with additional insured endorsements are issued for every project on request, before mobilization.
All work is executed under OSHA 1926 Subpart T compliance standards for demolition operations. Pre-demolition surveys, engineered means and methods, dust containment, negative air where required, and documented MEP shutoffs are part of every scope, not upcharges. The standard isn't optional. It's how the crew has been built to operate from day one.
For projects involving regulated materials - asbestos, lead, mold, or hazardous waste - demolition is coordinated with licensed abatement contractors on a single workflow. Blackline Demo does not perform licensed abatement directly. We sequence demolition around the abatement contractor, protect their containment, and resume work after clearance is documented. That coordination is what keeps mitigation projects on schedule.
